In the Pricing Workshop (11.09 in Zurich), you'll dive into pricing strategies that align with your value proposition and market expectations. Topics include cost-based, value-based, and competitor-based models; setting the right price; using data to understand customer behavior; and tactics like tiered pricing, subscriptions, and discounts. You'll also develop, test, and refine your own pricing strategy with guidance from experts.
